We are looking for IBM MQ+WAS ND+ IHS Administrator L3 with 8 plus years of Experience for our Client in the Banking sector
Job Location : Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Qualification: MCA / Post Graduate in Computer Science or IT/ BE/BTech with minimum 8 years of experience,
BSc IT/CS or BCA with minimum 10 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Middleware and application platform (IBM WAS-ND)
1.3.1. MQ installation, upgradation and maintenance
1.3.2. Troubleshooting while message transmission, Tracing message routes, handling messages in the dead-letter queue
1.3.3. Implementing encryption of channels and queues, Payload encryption, AMS
Encryption
1.3.4. Authenticating channels and connections, imple menting connection authenticat io n
1.3.5. Managing MQ clients/servers and connections
1.3.6. Securing IBM MQ channels with TLS, Securing channels with TLS
1.3.7. Implementing workload management in an IBM MQ cluster
1.3.8. Configuring & managing distributed publish/subscribe
1.3.9. Supporting JMS with IBM MQ
1.3.10. Managing IBM MQ Console
1.3.11. Use conversation sharing, read-ahead, and asynchronous put to improve the performance of MQ client connections
1.3.12. Authenticate IBM MQ channels, connections, and users
1.3.13. Manage the workload in an IBM MQ queue manager cluster
1.3.14. Implement IBM MQ high availability
1.3.15. Monitor application activity, events, and messages
1.3.16. Administer distributed publish/subscribe networks
1.3.17. Administer Java Message Service (JMS) in MQ
1.3.18. Configuring IBM MQ-Creating and managing queue managers
1.3.19. Configuring connection between client and servers
1.3.20. Changing IBM MQ and queue manager configuration information
1.3.21. Configuring distributed queuing
1.3.22. Configuring publish/subscribe messaging
1.3.23. Start, stop and display the status of queued publish/subscribe. Configuring multip le installations.
1.3.24. Troubleshooting and support for IBM MQ
1.3.25. MQFT – Configuration, monitoring, maintenance, trouble shooting and support
1.3.26. Setting MQ clustering HA environment triggering, monitoring, and defining MQ
objects in Unix, Windows Platforms.
1.3.27. Providing support of rectification of VAPT errors
1.3.28. Deployment of Certificates as and when instructed by the Bank
1.3.29. Monitoring expiry of all certificates deployed in applications and raising necessary alerts.
1.3.30. Maintain Cluster logs. Cluster start and stop, configure resources or parameters as
per bank policy
1.4. Storage Administrator under OS or IBM WAS
1.4.1. Storage deployments or enhancement of systems
1.4.2. Creation and maintenance of LUNs
1.4.3. Maintain Operations documentation for storage-based platforms
1.4.4. Maintain the health of the NAS environments
1.4.5. Monitor performance of storage environments and the systems that rely on them
1.4.6. Perform emergency maintenance of storage-based systems
1.4.7. Create and execute rules for storage-based changes
1.4.8. Manage storage devices (traditional disk, Solid State Drives, and tape includ ing redundancy (RAID)
1.5. IBM HTTP Server
1.5.1. Perform application and system software installations and upgrades
1.5.2. Perform troubleshooting and solving of Middleware application incidents
1.5.3. Communicate with application developers for technical support and issue resolution
1.5.4. Execute corrective maintenance
1.5.5. Execute corrective actions after failed automated software deployments
1.5.6. Ensure support for planned infrastructure and application activities
1.5.7. Performs restoration of the various server components
1.5.8. Manage requests to recover log files or other types of files
1.5.9. Perform optimization of the application and the system load
1.5.10. Participate in implementation of new projects related to Application Deployment.
1.5.11. Execute Middleware related system activities in Linux.
