Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE Application developer, Certified Software Development Professional, ITIL, or similar
Experience: 8+ years of experience
Job Description Integration Lead :
o The bidder to provide maintenance support for application deployed in virtual environment (private cloud, hybrid/ public cloud) of the Bank.
o Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security
o permissions, group policies, print services, event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
o Monitoring all OS logs like messages, audit, backups, systrace etc. and resolving the issue as soon as possible.
o Coordination with RHEL & OS OEM vendors through ticketing tool.
o Handling day to day Health Check and maintenance activities like CPU, memory, storage and file system usage monitoring and raising Service Request (SR) to take corrective actions after approval from Bank in case of issues.
o Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
o Implementing various OS related hardening configuration.
o Creation of shell scripts & other automation techniques as needed.
o Interact with various stakeholders to resolve the issues at the earliest.
o Maintenance of Operating Systems.
o System administrations support / maintenance of Linux Servers and Window
o Servers in all the shifts (24x37x365) and future enhancements, if any.
o Maintaining uptime of servers
o System administration and support
o Performance monitoring and fine tuning
o System health check-up
o OS setup (all latest version). Upgradation of RHEL and Windows
o Network related configuration upon server and other IT assets
o Management and configuration of local and shared storage.
o Closure of OS related VAPT/ IS Audit/ CSR/Other Audit observations 1.1.20. SCD, SIEM, ITAM, DAM Integration and regular follow up for log status.
o Integration with performance monitoring tool introduced by Bank
o DR drill support and actual switch over to DR in case of any disaster situation
o Antivirus, Mount point and Logical volume management
o Co-ordination with OEM /VM team for technical support and issue resolution
o Coordination and support for DNS, Proxy, NTP, NFS related issues with relevant teams
o Server Backup
o OS Patch Management
o Install and configure software
o Monitoring and Manage servers and technology tools with disk and space management
o Set up user accounts and workstations
o Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
o Troubleshoot issues and outages
o Build an internal update with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
o Updation and compliance with the SCD, VAPT and other guidelines issued by Bank
o Storage and files system and SFTP management
o Audit and security compliance
o Maintain Cluster logs. Cluster start and stop, Configure resources or parameters as per bank policy
