Should have Hiring Experience on the following skills:
1. Microsoft Technologies : ASP.Net, VB.Net, C #, SharePoint, HTML.
2. Web Technologies : Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, JSF, AJAX, Web server, Hibernate, etc.
3. UI Technologies : HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular.js, Backbone.js, React.js
4. Data Warehousing : DataStage, Big Data Informatica, Teradata.
5. Software Testing : ETL Testing, Database, Manual, Automation, Performance testing.
6. Open System & Client server : C, C++, Unix.
7. (DBA) / System Administration : Oracle, MS SQL Server, Storage, Web Logic, Web sphere, UNIX, Windows, Linux.
8. Mobile Technology : Android & IOS Framework.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Hands-on experience in hiring for Software Roles is MANDATORY.
o Reviewing the candidate skills as per the Clients requirements.
o Sourcing resume from Job Portals, Social Media Sites (viz. Linkedin etc).
o Screening & Shortlisting the resumes as per the Client’s requirements.
o Communicating relevant profiles with the Internal & External clients.
o Coordinating with the relevant candidates for the internal & Client interviews.
o Managing bulk requirements & Hiring Drives.
o Create, build and maintain a database of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated roles.
